Mihaela Gavriliu

Mihaela is an architect graduate from the Athens Polytechnic University (NTUA) with postgraduate studies in Lighting Design (HOU) after previous studies in Sculpture (CNAOB / Romania) & Acting (Theater of Changes).
Since 2006 she has collaborated as an architect and lighting designer with multiple engineering and construction companies in Greece, as well as a lighting consultant and designer for leading companies in the Greek lighting market. This way she obtained experience in working on large-scale projects as well as extended experience in both the Greek and the international lighting market. As a dedicated senior lighting designer she had the opportunity to focus on the designing of light in all stages of construction with accent in lighting cutting-edge technologies.
In 2021 she started her own lighting design team, AR2light, as an independent lighting designer.
